Smart City Development in Nordic Medium-sized Municipalities

The Nordic countries stand out as digital frontrunners in Europe well a global perspective. However, smart city development medium-sized municipalities the region is less researched than large cities. Hence, purpose of this paper to study how medium- sized are organized for development, and influenced by contextual factors.
